ABOUT
Together we have approximately 50 years of experience in conflict resolution, stress management, assisting individuals in crisis, etc. Let us help you help others because we care.

Peer Support Program

Our Peer Support Program provides an informal and confidential opportunity for your employees to speak to a trained peer who is available 24 hours a day. Sometimes, just talking about problems can help and sometimes we need an unbiased and non-judgmental perspective. Your peers will receive formal training and will be able to recognize and understand the impact of stress and someone in crisis. They will also be able to offer resources and tips on how to take care of themselves. Your employees will understand and know that they are not alone.

Benefits of Life Coaching

#1. Improved self-confidence
A study by the International Coaching Federation (IFC) discovered that 80% of people who hired a life coach reported an improvement in self-confidence.
#2. A different perspective
We are often consumed by our own opinions, life experiences, and way of thinking. A life coach can provide a new and often helpful perspective on things.
#3. Heightened self-awareness
Being fully aware of your impact on others and recognizing your flaws, strengths, and unique personality attributes is an extremely challenging adventure. This is the art of self-awareness.
Self-awareness requires a strong capacity for introspection and reflection, something which a life coach can help you work towards. In fact, one study found that 67.6% of coaching clients experience a higher level of self-awareness.

5 known facts about Life Coaches

1. They stay nearby.
Life coaches don't just meet with us once a month, discuss our latest actions, and give us assignments to carry out over the next several weeks. Life coaches typically stay on call and meet with us frequently (at least once a week). They also check in from time to time through email or other means of communication to keep us motivated and on the right track.
2. They can keep you healthy.
There are many different types of life coaches with varying specialties, and some of them are specifically trained to help us monitor our health. These health coaches guide us through our exercise routines and help us determine the right diets for our bodies and lifestyles, and they can show us how to stay mentally and emotionally balanced through practices such as yoga, meditation, and journaling.
3. They mirror your inner self.
One of the life coach's most important jobs is to ask us questions that elicit deep thinking about ourselves and what we want out of our lives. They can create and reflect back to us accurate depictions of ourselves based on our answers that help us figure out where we've been and where we want to go next.
4. They help you brainstorm.
One gift that life coaches possess is the ability to take our aspirations and help us come up with new ideas for executing our plans and reaching our dreams. They are not there to tell us what to do - they are our partners in generating new ideas for our businesses, health, and personal relationships.
5. They push you.
Just like a basketball coach or a personal trainer, a life coach is there to push us to our limits from time to time to assist us in breaking through tough platforms and help us find our inner strengths. One of their jobs is to challenge us to perform our best at what we do so that we can have the courage to believe in ourselves and succeed.
